Privacy policy
This policy covers the public Mila Aurelle website. Mila is a disclosed AI virtual creator operated by a human-led creative business.
Information you choose to provide
The public website does not currently collect newsletter email addresses. Before email signup opens, we will add confirmed opt-in, one-click unsubscribe, and update this policy with the service providers and retention rules.
Purchases and secure delivery
Stripe processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy policy. Mila's delivery system stores cryptographic hashes of the Stripe Checkout Session and PaymentIntent identifiers, the product purchased, amount, currency, access status, and security timestamps. It does not store card data or a purchaser email address in the delivery database. When secure paid delivery is enabled, paid files are kept in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket and released only through short-lived authorized links. During setup, purchases and paid downloads are unavailable.
Security and service data
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamp, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. The dormant signup endpoint is disabled unless verified anti-abuse and pending-confirmation controls are configured.
Cookies and analytics
The public site sets no first-party analytics or advertising cookies and currently performs no custom per-visit database writes. After a verified purchase, it sets one essential, secure, HttpOnly access cookie so that browser can request fresh short-lived download links; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Cloudflare may provide aggregate service-level traffic reporting under its own privacy terms. The Soft Reset Planner stores a plan and a non-secret purchase-access identifier in your own browser using localStorage; neither contains card data. Following a link to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, a retailer, or another third party takes you to that service, which applies its own privacy policy.
Affiliate links
Future affiliate links may contain an identifier that tells a retailer a purchase came from Mila. The retailer processes that interaction under its own policy. Mila will label commission links near the recommendation.

Children
The site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
